What is your proudest PR achievement?
Leading the communications strategy for Autosport International, Europe’s biggest motorsport show, supporting the event across PR and promotions targeting both the consumer and trade audiences. Over 80,000 people attended the show with over 300 media including BBC, Sky Sports, The Daily Telegraph, Reuters…to name a few!
Tell us about a few campaigns or projects you are currently working on
We’ve just started working with Rant & Rave – a brand that helps take real-time inspired action to reduce customer effort and deliver a great customer experience. I look forward to being part of the ravolution!
Favourite blog at the moment?
Muddy Stilettos – a great mix of shopping, food and travel – all my favourite things!
Favourite magazine or newspaper?
In print Metro, although I love online content so BBC online and TechCrunch are part of my daily routine.
Strangest experience you’ve had working in PR?
Taking Autocar magazine to a race track and becoming a tyre technician for the weekend – kitted out head to toe and doing pit stops on race cars in real-time!! Pressure! The experience paid-off with a double-page feature in Autocar magazine.
What’s your hidden talent?
I like to think I’m a good baker – my new six tier cake tin is really putting this to the test!
Where are we likely to find you after work?
When I’m not baking I’m attending motorsport events at my local race track, Silverstone.
If I didn’t work in PR I would…
Be traveling the world!
