Thrive.App, the leading provider of employee communication and engagement software, has appointed CubanEight to drive its UK PR campaign. The appointment comes as Thrive.app continues a period of significant growth both in its own team, with a particular focus on sales, marketing, customer service and development, and clients wins. The business has experienced considerable growth in the last 12 months – with 22 new clients coming on board.
CubanEight will boost brand awareness of Thrive.App as employee engagement becomes increasingly important in the wake of Covid-19 and as businesses adapt to keeping disparate workforces engaged, motivated and still part of the culture. The campaign will target key vertical sectors including healthcare, local authorities, logistics, food and beverage, utilities and energy.
Belfast-based Thrive.App is used by more than 250,000 employees with usage hitting all-time highs during the current pandemic. With 80 per cent of the world’s workforce currently deskless and working from home, employee communication apps are playing a key role in keeping front line teams informed, engaged, supported and recognised.
James Scott, CEO and Co-Founder of Thrive.App says: “We know how important communication is within businesses at this time, and it seemed a logical step for us to amplify our own external communications through PR. Employee engagement has numerous benefits for staff and businesses alike, so we are excited to be working with CubanEight to highlight these to our target audiences.”
CubanEight’s campaign will include news and thought leadership to increase share of voice and elevate brand awareness to core B2B and trade audiences.
Sian Gaskell, MD of CubanEight says: “Technology continues to evolve to support the changing needs of organisations and individuals around the world. Thrive.App is leading the way with employee engagement. Thrive.App fits perfectly in our sweet spot of expertise – how technology improves how we live, work and play – and we are looking forward to sharing its benefits and getting the message out there about the difference this solution can make for organisations and their employees.”
