Building an integrated strategy to support brand awareness and incoming inquiries

IT Services business MCSA provide reliable IT services and solutions throughout the UK to customers in the private and public sectors.

MCSA wanted to raise awareness of its services, positioning itself as a trusted provider and delivery partner. Through building brand awareness the company’s brief was to encourage enquires from IT decision makers.

We developed an integrated PR campaign including media relations, owned content creation and social media. Utilising expertise from the MCSA team, we tapped into key areas of thought-leadership, developing content and themes that could be used across various channels – PR, blogs and social posts.

The integrated strategy meant budget was maximised by repurposing content across both channel and vertical sectors. Throughout the campaign CubanEight worked to diversify brand awareness beyond just key IT audiences into core vertical markets, particularly public sector and education.

Content has been directly linked to driving up enquiries and building positioning as a trusted provider. 80% of all content placed during the campaign has included a direct backlink to the MCSA website, with 90% including key messaging.

Organic search has increased significantly for MCSA during the campaign, which has been attributed to increased brand awareness as a result of the PR activity.
